| There is no charge to become a NPM Web Member, and you can enjoy a complete array of NPM web services, including such personalized value-added member services as "Latest News", "e-Newsletter", and "Forum". |
2. Description of the Free Upgrade from NPM e-Newsletter Membership to NPM Web Membership

| To allow you to enjoy a complete array of NPM web services, e-Newsletter members are more than welcome to come home and upgrade to become a NPM Web Member. In addition to the original member services that you enjoy with the NPM e-Newsletter, you have even more personalized value-added member services at your disposal. |
| Please log into your NPM e-Newsletter member account (with the Email with which you receive the e-Newsletter), fill out completely the membership information, and after replying to the confirmation Email you will have automatically be upgraded to a NPM Web Member. Once you have confirmed your upgrade to become a NPM Web Member, the next time you log in, please use your NPM Web Member account name. |
