Location Hours
Exhibition I (Main Building) Open daily from 08:30 to 18:30 all year round.
By presenting the ROC ID, Taiwanese Citizens may visit the exhibitions free-of-charge between 18:30 and 21:00 on Fridays and Saturdays.
Library Located between the 2nd to 4th floors of the Library Building. Open to the public daily from 9:00 to 17:00 except on Sundays and national holidays.
Chang Dai-ch'ien Memorial Residence

Open Tuesday to Sunday except on Monday and national holidays.

Zhishan Garden Open Tuesday to Sunday from 7:00 to 19:00.
Zhide Garden Admission is free.
Children's Gallery

Open daily from 08:30 to 18:30.
Extended evening hours: Every Fridays and Saturdays from 18:30 to 21:00 Closed every Wednesday after 13:00.
Opened to children ages 5-12 (must be accompanied by adults)
Admission Price: Free.

* Combined Tickets: National Palace Museum and Shung Ye Museum of Formosan Aborigines, National Palace Museum and Miramar Entertainment Park Ferris Wheel.
* Purchase of entry ticket entitles visitor to visit all current exhibitions at Exhibition I (Main Building) on the day of purchase.
* There are five free entrance days for this museum: New Year’s Day (Jan. 1), the Lantern Festival, International Museum Day (May 18), World Tourism Day (Sept. 27), and National Day (Oct. 10).
