Audio Tour Service:
With small and light audio hand-held devices, visitors can enjoy personalized tours by choosing what they want to listen to and where they want to visit in the galleries. The Museum provides the audio tour system, which is available in Mandarin Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean versions. Visitors who wish to rent the audio players can enquire at the audio tour information desk.

Free Guided Tours in Chinese, English and Parent-child guided
All these tours, free of charge, begin at the Information Desk, where you are asked to sign up first. The times are as follows:
Mandarin Chinese: Daily at 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
Parent-child guided tours are available in the weekend: every Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 a.m. and 3 :00 p.m.
English: Daily at 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Group Audio Tour System:
To improve the quality of visits to the NPM and to maintain peace and comfort in the exhibition galleries, effective July 1 the NPM is fully implementing its new group audio tour system. All groups of ten or more purchasing group admission tickets to the NPM exhibition areas must purchase and use the NPM group audio tour system. Please call +886-2-2881-2021 (x2835, x2836)
Services for Physically-challenged Visitors:Wheelchairs can be borrowed free of charge at the checkroom on the first floor of the Main Building. Wheelchair-accessible restroom facilities can be found next to the East Wing elevator in the Main Building. The Museum also offers special group tours for handicapped visitors. Please call +886-2-2881-2021 (x2683) and ask for Miss Chang in the Exhibition Services Department to make an appointment.
