National Palace Museum Venue and Facilities Usage Fee Standards

Article 1
The Standards are established in accordance with Article 10, Paragraph 1 of the Charges and Fees Act.
Article 2
The venues and facilities specified in the Standards refer to the NPM Wenhuitang Auditorium, Palace Square, Zhishan Garden, and Xueren Guesthouse of the Northern Branch, and the Jixian Auditorium, Central Square, Festival Garden Lawn, and Art Theater of the Southern Branch.
Article 3
The charges of the use of the NPM's venues and facilities are specified in the Appendix.
As the NPM is responsible for promoting educational services, applicants with one of the following qualifications may use the venues and facilities of the NPM free of charge or at a discount once the NPM provides approval:
- Businesses or educational programs organized by the NPM:
(I) Education or policy promotion events organized at the NPM by superior authorities and institutions and schools of various levels.
(II) Charity, national, or international events, or events with artistic and/or cultural value organized by institutions or schools of various levels
- Other conditions that meet provisions in Article 12 of the Charges and Fees Act.
Entities that organize educational events for special exhibitions of the NPM that are processed in accordance with labor service procurement contracts established based on the Government Procurement Act may use the venues and facilities of the NPM free of charge or at a discount.
Article 4
The Standards shall come into effect on the date of promulgation.

Note:
The usage period specified in the application shall include the decoration, event, and move-out periods and the applicant shall pay the usage fee in accordance with the usage period. Should applicants fail to restore the venue within the prescribed time, the NPM may charge an overdue venue usage fee. Times of less than one hour shall be calculated as an hour.
