What do I do if I forgot my account name or password?

Click on "Forget password?" to initiate an inquiry. Then all you need to do is enter the e-mail account you used when filling in the registration information to become a Member, and our servers will automatically send you the account name and password to that e-mail account, where you can retrieve the information you need.

Are the services provided to NPM Web Members free?

Yes, the National Palace Museum supports providing services to the public on an as equitable basis as possible, so all the NPM Web Member services are free of charge.

When I try to register, I get a message saying that the e-mail I entered is already in use. Why is this so and what do I do?

In the application process to become a NPM Web Member, there is only one e-mail account that can be used for each individual. If you receive a message saying that your e-mail is already in use, perhaps you have already used this e-mail account to apply for NPM e-Newsletter membership or previously applied to become a NPM Web Member. If this is case, please go to your NPM e-Newsletter account (the e-mail account you use to receive the NPM e-Newsletter) or your NPM Web Member account. I haven't received my confirmation e-mail of registration to become a NPM Web Member. What should I do?
