The National Palace Museum introduced "Painting Animation" in 2011, an exhibition series consists of six full-size animated paintings, art pieces such as "Along the River during the Qingming Festival" was included. By utilizing four high-resolution projectors in conjunction with the seamless fusion technology, audiences will find themselves being surrounded by virtual painting environments. Starting in 2013, the National Palace Museum has specially organized "Painting Animation: One Hundred Horses" to greet the upcoming "Year of the Horse". In an effort to fully showcase the exquisite brushworks of horses from the Qing court painter Lang Shih-ning, the digital equipment was upgraded from four projectors to six high lumen projectors, together with the seamless fusion technology, a brand-new vision of animation wall was born.
